2015 – The Year Of The Kingdom – The Year to Halal

Psalm 34:1-3
1 I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

2 My soul shall make its boast in the Lord;
The humble shall hear of it and be glad.

3 Oh, magnify the Lord with me,
And let us exalt His name together.

Halal is connected to the word HALLELUJAH which is connected to HEI (HEY).

Charles Spurgeon said:
“I think the common use of the word “Hallelujah” or “Praise The Lord” is simply profane.

Surely this is NOT a word to be dragged in the mire – it should be pronounced with solemn awe and sacred joy.”

Hallelujah means “Praise Yah” or “Praise The Lord”.
So in saying Hallelujah you are saying the Lord’s name.

Psalm 68:4
Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Extol Him who rides on the clouds,
By His name YAH,
And rejoice before Him.

Luke 2:13-14
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:

14 “Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

Peace to men of good will or peace among men with whom He is well pleased.

Genesis 29:35
And she conceived again and bore a son, and said, “Now I will praise the Lord.” Therefore she called his name Judah. Then she stopped bearing.

This is where we get the word Praise (Judah).

1 Chronicles 16:4
And he appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, to commemorate, to thank, and to praise the Lord God of Israel:

So He wanted the most exuberant, bold, wild, praise right next to His presence.

So the closer we get to Him, the more we feel Him, the wilder the praise should get.

“Praise is the RENT which God requires for the use of His mercies.” Charles Spurgeon.

2 Samuel 22:4
I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.

O’ that garment of praise, it creates an almost miraculous change in people’s lives.

If we would but praise Him, we would worry less.  Why do we focus on stuff, worry, sickness?

We focus on our lack, our pain, the husband's small wages.

Why not focus on the mercies of the Lord?
That’s the garment of praise.

2015 – Rediscovering The Kingdom

Matthew 13:44-45
44 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

45 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls,

If something is lost it must be searched for to be found.
You are going to rediscover the Kingdom of God in 2015.

5775 – Ayin Hei (Hey)

The year to see again.   God will restore spiritual blind eyes this year.  What you could not see last year, you will this year.

Let me give you some of the meaning of Ayin Hey.

It means double portion.
It means GRACE.

It means, “to behold through a window.”
Hey is connected with the word BREATH.

Its picture, in Hebrew, is a man with his arms raised and praising God.

Hallelujah is a HEY word.

2 Samuel 22:4
I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.

Praised is the word Halal.
So praising the Lord through the breath of our mouths and through the position of our hands will be KEY weapons in overcoming the enemy this year.

Hey also means “BREATH” or “WIND”, Whirlwind.

Acts 2:2
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

John 3:8
The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

2014 was the year of the open door.
The open door of the Kingdom.

The Kingdom of God is something that doesn’t just happen; it must be entered INTO by being converted.

Matthew 18:3-5
3 and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

4 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

5 Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.

Vs. 3 – BECOME IS GINOMAI.

As it was last year, Ayin means to “see” or perceive.  You can be optimistic or pessimistic.
Many in the church feel ineffective, insignificant, disappointed.  Once full of hope; now despair.

Like Abram of old, we have come to the end of ourselves.

Abram had a promise but it tarried beyond his human potential to make it happen.

But remember Hey” means 5 and it was on Abram’s fifth encounter with God that everything changed.

Genesis 17:4-7
4 “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.

5 No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations.

6 I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you.

7 And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you.

It was here his name was changed to Abraham.
Abram alone was powerless to produce a son.

So God, when He renamed Abram, added Himself to Abraham to transform him.

So this year God’s GRACE will fall on you to empower you to rise above your human LIMITATIONS.
