Go & Do Likewise

Luke 10:30-37

Who is your neighbour?  ANYONE HURTING.

27 million are caught in the human trafficking world with no hope.

More slaves now than ever in HISTORY ON OUR WATCH.

You and I can give them hope.  We can do something.

380 thousand orphans in Guatemala with NO HOPE.  We can give them hope.

I am determined to build this church in the centre of darkness to bring a great light.

It is for FREEDOM that Christ has set us free.

Every one of us knows someone that is wounded.

Will we be too busy with our religious activities or will we be a vessel that pours IN oil and wine?

Notice, the Samaritan paid for the wounded person’s immediate and ongoing care.

Will we put our money out, to help the hurting?

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “3rd Day, GO & DO LIKEWISE.”

In Philippians 3:10 Paul wrote, “That I may know Him and the POWER of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.  If by ANY MEANS I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.”

Most unbelievers are going through life and they never think that they are ONE BREATH away from eternity.  If we don’t tell them, who will?

Paul has an urgency in him when you read this verse, “THAT I MAY KNOW HIM AND THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION.”

Can we go find some darkness?  And let it know YOU WILL NOT prevail, not on my watch!

Hell says NO but heaven says YES!

Where do you think the term, “Good Samaritan” came from?  THIS VERSE.

Bandage wounds, pouring in oil and wine, transporting someone, paying for them, all require TIME.

And TIME is running out.  How will the Lord characterize our current Christian generation?

Will it be we were TOO BUSY?

Will it be “I’ll do it tomorrow”?

Today is the acceptable day of salvation.

The earth is telling us Jesus is coming.

Yours for revival,
Pastor Francis Armstrong
